Interior Designer – 3D Rendering Specialist (REMOTE, Freelance)

Role Overview:

Haute Inhabit is seeking a freelance interior designer skilled in 3D visualization to join our creative roster. This role focuses on translating conceptual sketches, floor plans, and design direction into realistic SketchUp renderings that convey materiality, light, and proportion with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Build clean, detailed SketchUp models based on sketches, elevations, or CAD drawings

• Develop 3D renderings that reflect the studio’s design direction; elegant, modern, and intentional

• Apply accurate finishes, materials, and lighting to bring spaces to life

• Execute quick turnarounds without compromising quality

• Maintain consistent communication and timely file delivery

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in SketchUp (V-Ray or Enscape experience preferred)

• Solid understanding of spatial design, scale, and interior detailing

• Ability to follow creative direction closely while maintaining a refined, consistent visual standard

• Meticulous attention to geometry, proportion, and alignment.

• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working remotely
